Easy to assemble, quiet in use and with more features than the Elite Fitness model, this bike is a magnetic resistance bike where you can manually choose from eigth resistance levels and monitor speed, calories, exercise duration, distance travelled and other features on the LCD screen.

Pheonix 99608 Magnetic Recumbent Exercise Bike

This is the more expensive of the three bikes but still comes in under $170. Like the Marcy, the Pheonix has lots of good reviews, easy to assemble, quiet and sturdy. Out of the three I would buy the Marcy recumbent mag cycle, if I was looking for a cheap recumbent exercise bike I would want more adjustment features than the Elite Fitness model offers and the Marcy and Pheonix are well matched on features, both have adjustment, both get great reviews so price would win and the Marcy is the cheapest to close the deal.
